Communities That Care (CTC) brings together local residents and community leaders to serve on a CTC Prevention Board. The CTC Prevention Board utilizes a prevention science approach that targets risk factors, which may increase the likelihood of problem behaviors developing, as well as protective factors that can shield youth from problem.
